RETURNS - CLOTHING

All returns will be issued a REFUND - LESS POSTAGE , this includes all payment methods used for your purchase.

They must be returned in BRAND NEW CONDITION - unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains, marks, breakages etc. If the item is returned in other than brand new condition no credit will be issued.

The return needs to be sent back within: 14 days of receipt of goods

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE

- All postage costs will need to be covered by you.

- When returning your item if it is not received or lost in transit we cannot offer a credit for the item. Due to this we recommend you return your item with tracking.

- If you require a replacement size you will need to go through the return process Please email orders@thehappyglamperco.com.au.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return has been received. If you have any queries regarding the status of your return, please check the Australia Post tracking to ensure we have received your return first.

FAULTY ITEMS

We would be devastated if you received an item found faulty due to manufacturing. We will do our best to ensure your items are perfect and without flaws, however in the instance that an item is found to be faulty please contact us ASAP and we can refund you (within 48 hours via your payment method), or replace your item.

Include:

order/invoice number, name, address and a description of the fault.

Once received we will inspect the garment, if the fault is accepted as a manufacturing fault we will contact you for a replacement, refund. If it is not a manufacturing fault the credit, refund or replacement will not be honoured.

 

 RETURNS - INSULATED PRODUCTS

Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Postage at buyers expense. All packaging to be included with return. Refund will be processed on receipt of goods.

All our goods are thoroughly inspected prior to being dispatched, we encourage you to take out Postage Insurance as we will not be held responsible for items arriving damaged transit.

The Happy Glamper Co insulated products have a limited warranty.

What is covered under our 30-day HAPPY guarantee: 

  • If your paint is chipping within 30 days and is not the result of improper use or care, we may replace the product on a case-by-case basis
  • If your lid is defective or broken
  • If your product wobbles due to an error with the bottom rubber padding
  • If your product has a "rattle" inside the insulation

This warranty is void if our products are used for commercial purposes or damaged during abnormal use. Our Warranty is only good for product replacement and does not warrant a refund of any type except in the event that the item is no longer available. The Happy Glamper Co's obligation in the event of a defective product is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at the Happy Glamper Co's discretion. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. Damage to plastics is not covered. Damage from improper use is not covered. Damage to paint is not covered. Our warranty only covers the functionality of the product post 30 days.

Defective products must be returned directly to The Happy Glamper Co in the adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping. An original copy of the receipt must be included with your return.

How to File a Warranty Claim
The Happy Glamper co will replace your product free of charge in the instance of a manufacturer defect.
